TICKETBLASTER PRIVACY POLICY

Ticketblaster ("we", "us") provides digital ticketing for Roblox experiences and the Ticketblaster website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect
- Roblox account identifiers (user ID, username, display name, avatar URL) when you sign in with Roblox OAuth.
- Booking data: event selections, seat choices, order totals, ticket codes, and cancellation status.
- Technical data: server logs, IP addresses, and request metadata for security and rate limiting.

3. How we use information
- To authenticate you and display your tickets.
- To process bookings and share seat availability with other players at the same event.
- To allow event organisers to manage tickets, cancellations, and refunds.
- To secure our API and prevent abuse.

4. Sharing
We share booking information with the event organiser whose event you book. We do not sell personal data. Roblox processes Robux payments under Roblox's privacy policy.

5. Retention
We retain order and ticket records as long as needed for event operations, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

6. Your choices
You may cancel eligible free tickets in My Tickets. Paid ticket refunds are handled by the organiser per our Terms of Service. Contact the event organiser for event-specific privacy questions.

7. Security
We use HTTPS, session cookies, and API secrets for server-to-server calls. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to your event organiser or site operator.

8. Children
Ticketblaster follows Roblox account age rules. Parents and guardians should supervise Roblox account use and Robux spending.

9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
