TICKETBLASTER TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: July 11, 2026
IMPORTANT: Ticketblaster operates on and with Roblox. By using Ticketblaster you must also follow Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, and Privacy Policy (roblox.com/info/terms and roblox.com/info/privacy). If Roblox's rules and these terms conflict for a Roblox purchase or in-experience booking, Roblox's rules control for that Roblox activity.
1. Agreement
By booking or purchasing tickets through Ticketblaster (in a Roblox experience, on the website, or via a connected event hub), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.
2. Relationship to Roblox
Ticketblaster is an independent third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation ("Roblox"). Roblox is not responsible for Ticketblaster, event organisers, or any event. Roblox does not control ticket availability, pricing set by organisers, or admission decisions.
3. Who we are
Ticketblaster provides digital ticketing tools for event organisers. Each event is run by its organiser (the "Organiser"). Ticketblaster facilitates listing, seat selection, and ticket delivery; the Organiser is responsible for the event itself.
4. Eligibility and Roblox accounts
You must have a valid Roblox account to book through the Roblox Hub and meet any age, parental, or regional requirements Roblox applies to your account. If you are under the age of majority in your region, your parent or guardian must approve your use of Roblox and any Robux spending, as required by Roblox. You are responsible for keeping your Roblox account secure. Bookings are tied to the Roblox user who completes checkout unless the Organiser explicitly allows otherwise.
5. Virtual tickets and virtual content
Tickets are digital only. They grant access to virtual or in-experience events (and related Organiser rules), not independent real-world property rights. Like other Roblox virtual content, tickets are for personal entertainment use on the platform. You do not acquire real-world ownership or enforceable property rights in a ticket because of a Robux purchase.
6. Robux payments and Developer Products
Paid tickets sold for Robux must be purchased only through Roblox's official purchase flows (for example MarketplaceService prompts in the experience or other purchase surfaces Roblox allows for that Developer Product). The price shown at checkout should match the Roblox purchase prompt. Roblox processes Robux payments; Ticketblaster and the Organiser do not receive your payment card details. Robux have no real-world cash value, are generally non-refundable, and are governed by Roblox's terms and refund practices. Do not pay for tickets with Robux outside official Roblox UI, and do not pay real money directly to Ticketblaster or an Organiser for Robux tickets unless Roblox expressly permits that commerce flow.
7. Free tickets
Some events offer free tickets at 0 Robux. Free bookings still require acceptance of these terms and may be limited by quantity, seat availability, or one ticket per user rules set by the Organiser.
8. Seat selection and availability
For assigned seating, your selected seat is reserved only when checkout completes successfully through Roblox or the permitted booking flow. If checkout fails or is cancelled, the seat may become available to others. For general admission, quantity limits and class limits shown at checkout apply.
9. Event changes, postponement, and cancellation
Dates, venues, line-ups, schedules, and access rules may change. If an Organiser cancels an event, they are responsible for communicating alternatives. Ticketblaster is not the event promoter and does not guarantee that any event will take place.
10. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly allowed by Roblox, Robux spent on Developer Products are final and non-refundable. Ticketblaster cannot reverse Roblox wallet deductions. If you believe a Robux charge was unauthorized, follow Roblox support and your payment provider's rules; disputing valid charges with your bank before contacting Roblox may lead to Roblox account action under Roblox's terms. Organisers may publish separate refund policies for event changes; those policies do not override Roblox payment rules.
11. Prohibited conduct
You may not violate Roblox Community Standards or Roblox Terms of Use. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not: use bots, exploits, or scams; share or sell ticket codes outside permitted Roblox rules; attempt to obtain Robux or tickets through fraud; impersonate another user; harass others; share personal information in violation of Roblox rules; or use tickets for unlawful or off-platform commercial activity Roblox prohibits.
12. Resale and transfer
Unless the Organiser allows it and Roblox's rules permit it, you may not resell, auction, trade, or transfer tickets for Robux, real money, or other value. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund and Roblox enforcement action.
13. Entry and verification
Admission is controlled by the Organiser and the experience. A valid ticket code or check-in record does not guarantee entry if you violate Organiser rules, Roblox rules, arrive outside the access window, or lose access to the Roblox account that holds the booking.
14. Account suspension and content removal
Roblox or Ticketblaster may suspend or terminate access to Roblox, Ticketblaster, or related content if you violate applicable terms. Roblox may remove experiences, Developer Products, or virtual content at its discretion. We are not liable for loss of access to tickets caused by Roblox account action, moderation, or platform outages.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticketblaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, Roblox outages, Developer Product changes, event cancellation, or Organiser actions. Our total liability for any claim related to a ticket is limited to the Robux amount you paid for that ticket through Roblox (or zero for free tickets), except where law requires otherwise.
16. Privacy
We process Roblox user IDs, usernames, and booking data to deliver tickets and operate the service. Roblox's Privacy Policy describes how Roblox handles account data. Organisers receive information needed to run their events. Do not submit unnecessary personal data at checkout, and do not use Ticketblaster to collect data in ways that violate Roblox or applicable privacy law.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown at checkout applies to your booking. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material Roblox policy changes may require us to update checkout or disable features to remain compliant.
18. Contact
For event questions, contact the Organiser first. For Ticketblaster platform issues, use the support channel listed on your event hub or website. For Roblox account, Robux, or Developer Product payment issues, contact Roblox Support.
By selecting "I accept the Terms of Service" and completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and that you will comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards when using Ticketblaster in Roblox.
